Turkey Wrap with Greek Yogurt Ranch {Low Calorie High Protein}

Packed with veggies and protein, this Low Calorie Turkey Wrap with Greek Yogurt comes in at just under 300 calories with 28 grams of protein. Super filling and good for you!

Wraps are a wonderful way to pack a lot of veggies and protein into an easy to eat meal. Today I am sharing a filling turkey wrap that comes in at just under 300 calories and 28g of protein.

Using Greek yogurt instead of ranch dressing

To cut calories, instead of using traditional ranch dressing which can run 120 calories alone, Greek yogurt and dry ranch mix are used for a much lighter dressing option. This also makes a wonderful dip for raw veggies.

Try low carb tortillas

Additionally, I am using a lower carb tortilla for this which cuts the calories from about 150 to 70 in just that alone. Mission Carb Balance is the brand and type I used in this recipe and it tastes very similar to a normal tortilla.
