Low Carb Onion and Chive Mixed Nuts

For all the fans of sour cream and onion chips, today I am sharing with you Onion and Chive Mixed Nuts that taste just like the much loved potato chips.

I had a large container of mixed nuts that I was having trouble using up when I spotted this recipe from Healthy Little Peach.

I thought this would be the perfect way to use them up without going the route of sugary, sweetened nuts. Mac suggested adding them on top of a salad, which I thought was a brilliant idea!
