TikTok Peach Blueberry Cobbler
This delicious TikTok Peach Blueberry cobbler features sliced peaches, blueberries, and a tender biscuit topping. Bake until bubbling hot and serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
To celebrate the end of Summer, at least where I live, why not bake up this delicious TikTok Peach Blueberry Cobbler. Warm and comforting, full of fresh fruit flavors, and topped with a tender and sweet biscuit topping.
Serve this cobbler warm. It is delicious as is, but it also goes so well with whipped cream or ice cream.
As far as the topping goes, a prepared biscuit mix with a little sugar added could also work in a pinch. I promise not to tell. 😉

TikTok Peach Blueberry Cobbler

- 8 Inch Square Baking Pan
Ingredients
Fruit filling:
- 3 cups peeled and sliced peaches fresh or if from a jar, drained
- 2 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
Sugar mix:
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter chilled and cut into small pieces
Biscuit topping:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 3 Tablespoons milk
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter room temperature
- Sparkling sugar for biscuit garnish optional
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375-f degrees.
Fruit filling:
- Mix the peaches, blueberries, and lemon juice together. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, flour, and cinnamon together. Add to the prepared fruit mixture and gently stir. Lightly spray a 8×8-inch square pan. Add the fruit mixture to the pan. Add with the chilled, cut butter pieces evenly over the fruit.
Biscuit topping:
- Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add room temperature butter to the flour mixture and cut in with a fork. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. Add the egg mixture to the biscuit mixture. Stir until combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Drop the biscuit topping by large spoonful over the fruit mixture, roughly 9 portions worth. If using, sprinkle the tops of the biscuits with sparkling sugar.
- Baked for 40 minutes until bubbling hot and biscuits have slightly browned. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
