Turkey Kielbasa and Cheese Pierogi Sheet Pan Dinner
An easy peasy sheet pan dinner that is customized to your tastes. Use the spices listed or use your favorite spice blend with turkey kielbasa, vegetables and cheese pierogies for an easy and filling dinner.
With winter hitting our part of the world, a comforting sheet pan dinner hits the spot. Cheddar cheese pierogies are mixed with turkey kielbasa, onion, bell peppers and spices.
Make clean up easy!
My go to for sheet pan dinners is to use either parchment paper or a Silpat sheet for easy clean up. We are going for time savers here.
Use whatever spice blend you like best
The provided spices definitely give this dinner a smoky, chili powder flavor. If you prefer, use your favorite spice blend in place of it.
A tip for even baking
Aim to cut all your vegetables and kielbasa to roughly the same size so that they cook at the same rate.
Optional garnishes to up the yum factor
An optional garnish is listed to add a sprinkle of cheese after it comes out of the oven. You could even add a small dollop of Greek yogurt to each plate to dip the pierogies into.
