I’ve got a winner of a recipe here today. Not only is it a low calorie take on sweet grape salad, it only takes 3 ingredients! Grapes, Lite Cool Whip and Caramel Apple Pie Greek Yogurt.

3 Ingredient Caramel Apple Grape Salad - Low Calorie

Traditional grape salad is delicious, that is for sure, but it also can be a surprising amount of calories if you use cream cheese and brown sugar that is typically called for. I found it sometimes even verging on too sweet. I’ve also had mixed results of it keeping traditional grape salads in the fridge. They didn’t hold up as well as I’d hoped.

Ingredients needed

  • green and red grapes 
  • Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping
  • Dannon Light + Fit Caramel Apple Pie Greek Yogurt

I’m so happy to share this recipe because it hits all the important notes I wanted. It is lower in calories, simple to make, and it kept perfectly well in the fridge over multiple days, the grapes staying crisp and the sweet dressing not breaking down at all.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag each green and red grapes washed
  • 8 ounce Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping
  • 5 ounce Dannon Light + Fit Caramel Apple Pie Greek Yogurt

Instructions
 

  • In an extra large mixing bowl, combine the Cool Whip and the Greek yogurt. Stir well to combine until smooth. Add in grapes and combine to evenly coat.
  • Chill in the fridge until ready to serve. Will keep in the fridge for several days.
