Ingredients
  • 16 oz. imitation crab meat
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • zest & juice from 1 med/large lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or minced garlic
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temp
  • 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the sour cream, lemon zest & juice, garlic powder, half of each type cheese, mayo, celery, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well to combine. Gently stir in the imitation crab meat.
  3. Spoon into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and casserole is bubbly.
