Sweet Potatoes with Marshmallows

Sharing is caring!

I’ve finally managed to write up the last of our Thanksgiving recipes from this year. This recipe my mom came up with is very easy to make. I was impressed that even with so few ingredients, it was very flavorful but not over the top sweet either. Enjoy!

  1. Everyone needs a good sweet potato casserole recipe for Thanksgiving, and this one looks so easy (and is different than the way I was taught to make it!).

That’s exactly what I’m looking for in my Link Party that just opened a few minutes ago. This week on Future Expat’s Required Ingredient Link Party, we are featuring potato recipe – sweet, yellow, russet…whatever you have. I hope you’ll come link up this one and any others you think others will like!
