Creamy, crunchy with a tiny bit of sweet from dried cranberries - this delicious pea salad side dish has just the right amount of everything. Cashews, bacon, dried cranberries, green onions and a creamy mayo based dressing round out this recipe.

plus 1 tsp. of white vinegar

ground pepper to taste

Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, pepper, soy sauce and worcestershire sauce together in a bowl.
Add the mixture to the other ingredients and toss well.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
