Instructions
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into pieces. Boil in salted water until tender, 10-15 minutes. Test with a fork for doneness.
In an extra large mixing bowl, mash the potatoes and add the Boursin cheese, sour cream, the milk if needed for creaminess, and salt and pepper. Mix well and taste for seasoning.
Place in a buttered extra large baking dish, preferably 10x15-inches. Top with butter slices and bake at 325-f degrees approximately 35 min, or until hot. If desired, switch to broil a few minutes to get the top nicely browned, keeping a close eye on it.
Notes
If you don't have a 10x15-inch pan, you can try using a 9x13-inch pan, though it may be quite full. Alternatively, you could use 2 medium sized casserole dishes.Recipe from Food.com
