Roma tomatoes
cut in half
salt & pepper to taste

Italian seasoning
⅓

crumbled feta cheese
⅓

shredded mozzarella cheese
⅓

prepared Italian dressing
or as much or little as you like
Instructions
Heat oven to Broil. Prepare a parchment or tin foil lined baking sheet.
Wash tomatoes and cut in half. Place cut side up on baking sheet. Sprinkle the tops with salt & pepper, followed by the Italian seasoning.
Top evenly with both types of cheese. Drizzle with Italian dressing.
Broil 3 minutes and serve!
