Boursin Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Boursin Mashed Potatoes are a recipe I’ve made over the years but I just never got around to posting here. Wait no longer! These creamy potatoes are luxurious and delicious, combining buttery mashed potatoes with Boursin cheese and sour cream. Great for Thanksgiving and easy enough to make year round. Enjoy!
Boursin Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Makes 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs Yukon gold potatoes (They are yellow in color and have a buttery taste to them)
- 3 ounces Boursin cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk (if needed)
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 2 ounces butter, sliced
Directions:
- Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into pieces. Boil in salted water until tender.
- Mash and add the cheese, sour cream, the milk if needed for creaminess, and salt and pepper. Place in a large pan, top with butter slices (or cheddar cheese) and bake at 325 degrees until hot. Broil a few minutes to get the top nice a browned.
