Tootsie Pop Cocktail
Makes 1 serving

1 part Coffee liqueur
1 part Root beer

1. Prepare a tall glass full of ice then add the coffee liqueur, next add the root beer. Add a tootsie pop to garnish. Out of the wrapper preferably.
