Creamy Broccoli Cauliflower Bake

Broccoli and Cauliflower are baked with sour cream, cream of mushroom soup and Parmesan cheese for this delicious vegetable bake.

This vegetable bake is extremely delicious and became and instant favorite for our house.

Broccoli and Cauliflower are baked with sour cream, cream of mushroom soup and Parmesan cheese for this delicious vegetable bake.

Equipment

  • 9 Inch Pie Plate

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head broccoli washed and separated into florets
  • 1 head cauliflower washed and separated into florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream Greek yogurt also works
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350-f degrees. Arrange broccoli and cauliflower in a greased 9″ pie dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together condensed soup and sour cream. Pour this mixture over your veggies. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and sauce begins to turn golden brown.
