North Woods Inn Buttermilk Blue Cheese Salad
Serves 4

For the Dressing:
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup sour cream
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon sweet Hungarian paprika
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon sugar
⅓ cup crumbled blue cheese

shredded iceberg lettuce, 1 head

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Chill at least 3-4 hours to let flavors meld.

2. Add dressing to shredded iceberg lettuce and serve.
